Hazard and Risk

Pacific Trailways is committed to delivering safe and enjoyable tour experiences for our guests. Our tours incorporate the services of contracted accommodation, transport, attraction and activity operators. Inherent risks are present in a number of these services, including transport (land, air and water) and adventure activities. While all steps are taken to ensure your safety, the essential nature of tour transport and some activities means some risks could result in injury or death. Accordingly, we ensure the operators we work with conform to all regulatory requirements and are committed to delivering a safe and enjoyable experience. To ensure your safety, we have protocols and expectations that require your attention and cooperation. Protocols include ensuring that you wear seat belts at all times they are required (in aircraft, water craft, tour coaches and other land transport vehicles) and that you follow and comply with all tour and transport crew warnings, requests and safety instructions.
